Hi, my name is Kallie Stephen. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness. Growing up as a multi-sport athlete and collegiate lacrosse player, I have always had a passion for health and wellness. As a trainer I hope to ignite that same passion within my clients. My extensive knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, psychology, as well as nutrition helps me provide the best quality of training as possible. I strive to be intuitive and provide for my client’s holistically, whether that is being a listening ear or pushing them to their physical limits. I pride myself on being able to program for each individual client based on their goals as well as their needs.
