WTF Boot Camp is a challenging class designed to push you outside of your regular limits through a hybrid combination of high intensity, cardio, and strength-training movements. You can expect to encounter anything from push-ups and burpees to bursts of sprints, sit-ups, pull-ups, barbells, and weight lifting, as several examples. The variety of these movements keeps your body guessing and working, all shown to effectively maximize your progress and long-term development. Item deCore workout is not just abs. This class focuses on the core and back muscles for an intense workout. Improve your posture, decrease the risk of injury, and increase balance by working this important muscle groups. WTF Dance Cardio

WTF Dance Cardio is an exhilarating group dance and aerobics class set to energetic music. ABC'S: Arms, Butt, & Core

This class will creatively focus on exercises pertaining to your arms, butt, and core. You will rethink the way you define fatigue and find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength. This is a great compliment to what you do for cardio outside of class. Strength and Conditioning (Athletes)
