Kayla is a Florida native turned Houston transplant with a unique background from neuroscience to yoga, football sidelines to HIIT sessions. After years of working with athletes on everything from injury prevention to peak performance, she’s bringing her expertise (and some sass) to the gym floor.

You’ll find her leading dynamic training sessions that mix science-backed strategy with just the right amount of sweat. Her vibe? Open-minded and informed, coach-mode when it counts, and always ready to adjust your form with surgical precision.
