Terrance Warren
Hi, I’m Terrance Warren, I’ve been in fitness industry for 15+ years. My love for training and teaching classes come from a very unconventional place. It started when I worked for the YMCA and was presented with the opportunity to fill in for someone’s class, and it sparked something in me that I couldn’t let go of. Being an ex-basketball competitor fitness became natural to me and gave me a chance to show different talents that being in office I didn’t get to let out. I started Warren-T Fitness ten years ago with the goal of helping people Train For Life. Of course people want to look better but realistically if you physically can’t do the things that are required in daily activities then why are you working out? I’ve worked with all types of demographics from professional athletes to active aging adults that are in their 90s. One thing I’ve learned from all these different demographics is don’t judge a book by its cover and going in with an open mind to help them become a better version of themselves.

Scott Bays
Scott is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who was born and raised right here in Houston. A lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, he has always had a passion for helping people achieve their health goals. With his extensive knowledge and cumulative years in the gym, Scott is able to design personalized workouts catered specifically to the individual needs and goals of his clients. He has worked with people of all ages and body types, and has a proven track record of helping his clients achieve their desired results. Scott is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others through his work as a personal trainer.

Santania Hairston, my journey in the fitness industry started with a personal quest of self improvement and a passion for health. Motivated by my own transformation and people asking about my journey, I decided to get certified through NASM to learn more about the human body. Over the past 5 years I have worked various of clients and witness incredible transformations - weight loss, increased strength, improved confidence, and overall health habits.
I want to continue to growing in the fitness industry. I strive to empower individuals to embrace fitness as a lifelong journey.

Grayson Garcia, a proud Houstonian, is committed to guiding clients on their journey to optimal health and fitness. With expertise in functional, circuit, and bodybuilding/physique training, Grayson skillfully guides and empowers individuals to reach their full potential. As a firm believer in the mind-body connection, he incorporates mindfulness into his training approach alongside a strong focus on building and toning muscle. Outside the gym, Grayson finds joy in making nourishing meals and exploring the outdoors with his family, fostering a balanced lifestyle rooted in wellness and connection.

Hii I’m Kim Nguyen!
I was born & raised in Houston, Texas.I’ve struggled with eczema throughout my life and was seeking a way to improve my symptoms. With an eagerness and a drive to become stronger and healthier, I discovered fitness back in 2017. Over the years, fitness has become my sole passion!
So, I decided to take all the knowledge and experiences that I’ve gained over the years to help others with their fitness journey.
My training style is tough-love! I’m a firm believer in strength training and conditioning training for cardiovascular endurance. I’m excited to help you reach your goals. Let’s get it!

Meet Lisa, a 30-year-old fitness enthusiast who just moved from Germany to Houston. With a love for sports and a passion for fitness, she decided it was time to trade schnitzel for BBQ and bring her skills to the Lone Star State as a personal trainer and group class instructor. You’ll spot her in the gym easily—not just because she’s leading a killer workout, but because of that charming accent everyone notices right away. Don’t worry though, she’s already mastering the local lingo. “Howdy, madam!” is her go-to greeting, but she’s still figuring out the correct usage of “y’all.” One squat at a time, she’s ready to make you sweat—and maybe learn a little Texas slang along the way!

Hi, I'm Titus!
Born & raised in Houston, TX.
I've spent much of my life focused on optimizing health and athletic performance for everyday quality of life and a variety of different sports. The experience, education, and time committed to learning and growing as an athlete have carried over into my ability to share my knowledge of nutrition and fitness with others.
I enjoy working with a wide range of people and always strive to provide the best experience possible for anybody that comes through the door!

Kayla Butler
Kayla is a Florida native turned Houston transplant with a unique background from neuroscience to yoga, football sidelines to HIIT sessions. After years of working with athletes on everything from injury prevention to peak performance, she’s bringing her expertise (and some sass) to the gym floor.
You’ll find her leading dynamic training sessions that mix science-backed strategy with just the right amount of sweat. Her vibe? Open-minded and informed, coach-mode when it counts, and always ready to adjust your form with surgical precision.
Although she's new to Texas she’s got a heart that matches Texas energy—big, bold, and all about community. Whether you’re chasing gains, mobility, or mental clarity, she’s here to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay in the game—on and off the field.

As a former NFL player and personal trainer with over 10 years of experience specializing in footwork, speed, and agility, I am dedicated to helping clients reach their athletic goals. I believe in setting clear expectations and encouraging personal responsibility for progress, which empowers individuals to stay motivated. Committed to their success, I emphasize that results depend on effort and consistency. I guide clients in developing healthy habits and striving to excel. I am a loud and proud Jersey Shore girl bringing the sass and the hype to Houston since moving here in 2019! I've been in the fitness industry ever since relocating to HTX, managing studios and coaching Barre, Pilates, Boxing, HIIT, & Strength Training - I absolutely love what I get to do. Fitness is SO important to me - I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis as a teen and found that staying active and moving my body every day not only helps me feel better physically, but mentally as well! Outside of the gym, I'm a momma to a 9 year old girl (my bestie), a pup & a kitten, and almost 100 house plants! My guilty pleasure is binging any reality TV show and gossiping about it with anyone who will listen. You will always feel motivated and empowered in my classes, and you can expect to laugh a little while you're breaking that sweat too!
